We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team in Kingsport, TN

- Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises.
- Must hold a current Speech Therapy license, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation.
