The Business Development Representative (Outbound) role has been created for the purpose of generating interest, developing leads, and increasing market share for Health Stream'ssolutions. In conjunction with sales leadership, marketing, and product management, the individual is responsible for generating, developing, and qualifying new leads for the sales organization through telephone, email and product launch campaigns. A key objective of this position is to achieve a target number of qualified leads and discovery calls in a given year.

This position will prepare you for a sales role within Health Stream.

This role is based in Nashville, TN and will require relocation.

You will be responsible for adhering to all Health Stream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
