Assist with daily activities:

Accurately documents progress and activity; reviews records and logs to stay abreast of changes in service plans; maintains confidentiality.;
Health Care:

Relationships and Safety:
Maintains professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers; ensures safety and adheres to policies.
