The Lodge at Natchez Trace, a beautiful assisted living and memory care community just outside Nashville, is seeking compassionate CNAs and Caregivers to join our care team. • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement through conversation and activities.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and basic household tasks as needed.
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Document care accurately according to community standards and EMR requirements.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures.
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resident well‑being.

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in the state of Tennessee – REQUIRED for CNA applicants.
• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long‑term care, or similar setting preferred.

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (assisted living, memory care, home health, or similar).
• Certification is not required for Caregiver roles.

• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with seniors, including those living with dementia.
• Ability to safely lift, assist, and support residents as needed.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
