QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate effectively with servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor dining room activity and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Answer phones, provide information about menus and hotel amenities, and handle inquiries or special requests.
• Support team members in creating a positive, guest‑first environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Previous hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle busy service times calmly.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED. Previous hosting experience is a plus.

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the restaurant, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate restaurant and office equipment with manual dexterity and coordination. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations and respond to visual and aural cues.

Must uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
