Four Seasons - 100 Demonbreun Street - Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival, provide an overview of pool services, offer fresh towels, escort guests to seating, assist with umbrellas, and present the pool menu;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck by continuously wiping surfaces, mopping wet areas, removing used towels, and transporting linens to and from Laundry;
Ensure adequate levels of guest supplies, including linens and amenities, and maintain neat and appealing presentation throughout the pool area;
Complete daily opening and closing checklists, ensuring all pool areas are clean, stocked, and guest-ready;
Assist with beverage refills during high-volume times and support overall guest satisfaction
