This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and knows that great guest experiences start with a great team culture.
What You’ll Own:Lead and energize the Front Desk and Guest Services team
Drive guest satisfaction and online reputation
Create memorable arrivals, seamless departures, and confident service recovery
Coach, train, and recognize associates to build a high-performance culture
Keep service scores, cleanliness, and brand standards on point
Manage scheduling and payroll with smart, efficient labor planning
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
Help track service metrics, payroll, and operational performance
Prepare guest feedback summaries and action plans
Support compliance documentation and brand readiness
Lead from the front and bring positive, contagious energy
Stay calm under pressure and solve problems with confidence
Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing performance data
Believe team engagement drives guest loyalty
