The Role
At Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the Pool Supervisor plays a key role in creating a vibrant yet relaxed luxury experience at our Rooftop & Pool area. This role oversees daily operational excellence, team leadership, and guest satisfaction in one of the hotel’s most dynamic environments.
What You Will Do- Supervise daily operations of the Rooftop & Pool area, ensuring exceptional guest service aligned with Four Seasons standards.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Oversee food and beverage service quality, ensuring timely delivery, accurate orders, and presentation consistency.
- Lead, train, and mentor poolside staff—including servers, bartenders, and attendants—to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Schedule and assign daily duties to team members to support seamless operations and balanced workloads.
- Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure menu and beverage accuracy, quality, and timely preparation.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages and support efficient service.
- Assist in planning and executing poolside events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Conduct routine safety and cleanliness inspections of the pool area, water quality, equipment, and furnishings.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation, and prepare operational reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality, ideally within a luxury resort or poolside environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
