We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Director of Banquets to oversee the front and heart-of-house teams. Our Director of Banquets will support the team and our guests by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last goodbye.
About you...
- Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage and has a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience working in Banquets with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Having a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of banquet operations
- Strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
