This is a full-time on-site Floor Manager role located in Nashville, TN. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing guest concerns, monitoring operational efficiency, and participating in the training and development of team members. The role emphasizes maintaining smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and the ability to handle guest interactions effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, ensuring clear and effective messaging to staff and guests
• Experience in Operations Management, maintaining efficiency in processes and procedures
• Proven ability to Train and mentor staff to uphold service and operational standards
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hospitality-focused environment
• Prior experience in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry is a plus

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
