Regional Human Resources Manager

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated regional and multi-site responsibility
• Minimum of 3 years leading or managing HR team members in a distributed or field-based environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
• Proven experience supporting hourly and salaried populations across multiple sites
• Strong working knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on HR leader while influencing senior and site-level leadership
• Experience driving consistency while adapting HR practices to site-specific needs
• Builder mindset with the ability to improve, standardize, and scale HR processes across locations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and change-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven, multi-location environment
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed

• Serve as the regional HR leader supporting multiple manufacturing and operational sites
• Act as a strategic partner to plant and regional leaders while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR needs
• Oversee and guide site-level HR team members, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong execution
• Own core HR functions across the region, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, and payroll partnership
• Drive alignment and standardization of HR policies, practices, and processes across all supported locations
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational design
• Support hiring strategy and onboarding effectiveness across sites in partnership with Talent Acquisition
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across multiple jurisdictions
• Identify trends and risks within the region and proactively recommend solutions
• Serve as a change agent, supporting operational growth, cultural initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
