Human Resources Director
A nursing home group is seeking a Human Resources in Nashville TN
Salary range 60K-70K plus 90 day bonus and more based on exp.
General HR duties:
- Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
- Employee relations
- On-boarding
- Compliance
General Payroll duties:
- Time and Attendance entry
- Payroll Register Audit and Review
- Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll
Recruiting Duties:
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment
- Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
- Manage the job postings process
- Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
- Conducts phone interviews, office interviews
- Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
- Healthcare/Nursing Home Experience Required
- 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required in nursing home field.
- 2 years payroll processing experience required
- Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and NJ employment laws and regulations
- Staffing Coordination experience preferred
Salary range 60K-70K plus 90 day bonus and more.
