At Specialty Dental Brands, we support a growing network of specialty dental practices across the country. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and driven Staff Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and practice leaders
- Source and attract top talent through various recruiting platforms
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Build strong talent pipelines for future growth
- Previous recruiting experience required
- Dental industry experience highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, personable, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
