Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for non-clinical roles within a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organization. This role supports operational teams by filling front-office, administrative, and clinical support positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages a large requisition load, and delivers an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

This is a hands‑on recruiting role requiring minimal oversight, strong organization, and exceptional follow‑through.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-provider, non-clinical healthcare positions across multiple locations
  • Maintain a fluctuating requisition load (approximately 30–40 open roles)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through consistent communication and updates
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Develop talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions, candidate flow, and reporting
  • Support recruiting process improvements, documentation, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to share updates, challenges, and hiring metrics
  • Assist with additional HR or recruiting projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1–2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proven experience managing high-volume requisitions
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, multi-site, or operational roles strongly preferred
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Professional communication style with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Healthcare or dental industry recruiting experience
  • Multi-location or field-based recruiting environments
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS or similar systems a plus)
Compensation and Benefits

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
