My client, a top US architectural firm for over 60 years, is seeking a permanent part-time HR Specialist to add to their team. This company boasts stability, low employee turnover, and growth opportunities. Located onsite in the Gulch area of Nashville with free parking (that can also be used anytime). This role can be 20 hours or up to 30 hours, depending on the individual’s need for benefits.
401k match and profit sharing are included. Set your own schedule. Day one health insurance-no waiting period. The salary is up to $36 an hour.
Overview of HR Specialist:
- Assist with performance reviews by collecting information, compiling it, giving it to the managers, and sitting in on some reviews.
- Assist with internal recruiting, including setting up interviews, helping make offers, performing background checks, assisting with onboarding, and field communication with candidates.
- Assist with projects.
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Specialist:
- HR experience is required.
- Ability to work onsite in the Gulch (set own schedule).
- Wanting a permanent part-time job long-term.
