Permanent Part-Time HR Specialist - Architecture
The salary is up to $36 an hour. Profit sharing and 401k match are included. Set your own schedule: 20 hours or up to 30 if needed. Onsite in the Gulch area of Nashville. Day one health insurance with no waiting period.
My client, a top US architectural firm for over 60 years, is seeking a permanent part-time HR Specialist to add to their team. The company boasts stability, low employee turnover, and growth opportunities. The role can be 20 or up to 30 hours, depending on the individual's need for benefits. Free parking is available onsite.
Overview Of HR Specialist- Assist with performance reviews by collecting information, compiling it, giving it to the managers, and sitting in on some reviews.
- Assist with internal recruiting, including setting up interviews, helping make offers, performing background checks, assisting with onboarding, and field communication with candidates.
- Assist with projects.
- HR experience is required.
- Ability to work onsite in the Gulch (set own schedule).
- Wanting a permanent part-time job long‑term.
