The Recruiter must have experience conducting professional phone calls and demonstrate detail‑oriented skills.

This role assists with screening and interviewing candidates, while ultimately learning the
NICHOLAS AIR
qualifications and expectations of those who are selected for hire.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with writing of job descriptions, maintaining job platforms, and ensuring all connected links are working properly
  • Review of incoming resumes
  • Assist with outreach to qualified candidates for each open requisition
  • Perform initial phone interviews
  • Travel opportunities out of state as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in a corporate job setting
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Tools
REQUIREMENTS
  • This position must report daily to Nashville, TN; this is not a remote position.
  • Regular travel to Oxford, MS headquarters required
  • Must pass background and security checks
  • Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening
  • Must have authorization to work in the US
