Overview
End User Computing (EUC) – Tech Analyst is responsible for owning the end-to-end deployment, lifecycle management, and support of end-user hardware across the organization. Reporting to IT Service Delivery leadership, this role focuses on standardizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a high-quality end-user experience at scale.
Responsibilities- Manage device imaging, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and asset tracking through ITSM tools.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for EUC-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Desk and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure service levels, documentation, and lifecycle reporting align with business needs.
- May include on-call support, occasional travel, and participation during peak service periods.
