THIS ROLE IS ONSITE 4 DAYS A WEEK- THIS IS A MUST
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in Digital, Marketing, and Retail Media, helping translate business needs into actionable technology strategies.
- Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, supporting their development and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with existing business product management teams to contribute thought leadership, prioritization guidance, and relationship management.
- Drive strategic planning and roadmap development, ensuring alignment across business, finance, store operations, and technology.
- Facilitate prioritization conversations, balancing business desires with technical feasibility, timing, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across site merchandising, operations, and the broader technology organization.
- Ensure product decisions are informed by a deep understanding of business processes and digital marketing best practices.
- Navigate ambiguity and manage a high volume of incoming requests with clarity and confidence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to contribute to high-level planning and prioritization.
- Demonstrated success in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience coaching and mentoring product managers.
- Ability to simplify complex initiatives and communicate clearly across business and technical audiences.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of how technology enables business outcomes in digital and marketing spaces.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a retail organization or similar consumer-facing business.
- Background in both functional business roles and technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
