Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for owning and scaling all day-to-day operations of Safe Space Global Corporation. This role ensures operational excellence across technology implementation, customer deployments, vendor management, internal operations, and cross-functional execution.

The COO will serve as the executional counterpart to the President, working closely with the CTO and CIO to streamline project management, product delivery, and operational systems as the company scales across multiple verticals and geographies.

This is a hands-on executive role suited for a leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and enjoys building scalable operational infrastructure while navigating new challenges regularly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership – Own end-to-end operational execution across all Safe Space Global verticals
  • Manage daily operations related to Technology implementation and deployment
  • Customer onboarding and rollout across multiple locations
  • Hardware, software, and installation logistics
  • Translate executive strategy into repeatable, scalable operational processes
  • Oversee all customer deployments across healthcare, education, transportation, and corrections
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of Safe Space Global’s AI software solutions
  • Partner with the CTO and CIO to:
    Improve product delivery timelines and quality
  • Align engineering, infrastructure, and customer delivery teams
  • Manage third-party vendors responsible for:
    Hardware acquisition, Software integrations, Installation and deployment services
  • Negotiate vendor terms, manage SLAs, and ensure cost efficiency and reliability
  • Build scalable vendor frameworks to support national growth
Systems, Tools & Enablement
  • Own operational use and optimization of:
    Hub Spot as CRM and learning management system (LMS)
  • Mindtickle or similar enablement and training platforms
  • Ensure operational data integrity, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure system alignment
Internal Operations & Administration
  • Lead and manage internal operations and administrative teams
  • Build scalable operational structures, SOPs, and KPIs
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in coordination with finance
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a key executive liaison between:
    President, CTO, CIO, Sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Establish operational cadence, reporting rhythms, and accountability structures
Qualifications & Experience
  • Required
  • 10+ years of experience operating and scaling a technology-related company
  • Proven experience managing dynamic workflows across multiple business verticals
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, implementation, and customer delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Hub Spot (CRM and/or LMS usage)
  • Experience operating in fast-growth, evolving environments with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, partners, and internal teams simultaneously
  • Preferred
  • Experience implementing technology solutions in one or more of the following markets:
    Healthcare or Senior Living;
    Education (K-12 or Higher Ed);
    Transportation or Public Infrastructure;
    Correctional or Government Facilities
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Mindtickle or similar tools
  • Experience working within or alongside a publicly traded company environment
