Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers.

Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Help the team to follow Agile principles and Scrum practices
  • Act as Scrum Master to remove impediments that are preventing the team from meeting its goals
  • Work closely with the product owner and the team to ensure that product backlogs are properly prioritized and managed
  • Support the team in maintaining and improving the team’s Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation and other relevant information as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Jr. Scrum Master
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Experience with JIRA or other Agile project management tools
  • Experience with Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, such as Kanban, Lean, or XP

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
