We’re looking for a Technical AI Product Manager to build and deploy AI assistants and custom agents that solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role combining product discovery + prompt engineering + no-code implementation using platforms like Glean, Replit, Copilot Studio
, or similar.
- Partner with business teams to identify high-impact problems AI can solve.
- Convert needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics.
- Build and launch AI assistants using no-code/low-code tools
. - Write and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Ensure agents follow security, privacy, and data access guidelines.
- Track adoption and performance, and continuously improve agent outcomes.
- U.S.
-based and able to work across domestic time zones. - 5+ years of Product Management experience (Technical PM preferred).
- Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
. - Hands-on experience building AI assistants/agents using no-code/low-code platforms.
- Comfortable working with data sources, integrations, and logic flows (no heavy coding required).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
