We are seeking a skilled IT Network Engineer to join our Nashville location. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works directly with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, Networking, Server Systems, Firewalls, Hosting, and application/system upgrades/migrations.
Responsibilities- Implement and support IT solutions across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Provide daily hands-on support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Respond to and resolve end-user network incidents and service requests in real time.
- Collaborate with our team and clients to design and implement solutions.
- Work closely with team and clients to provide technical guidance and ensure successful project implementation.
- Strong communication: ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced troubleshooting: skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex IT and network issues.
- Network infrastructure: proficient in cable testing, terminations, fiber basics, managed switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
- System administration: experience with Windows Server provisioning, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and desktop deployment.
- Managed switch setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- VPN configuration and management.
- Strong experience in MS 365 user setup, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, MS Security Score review and management.
- Experience in on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations is a definite plus.
