For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $105,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Offer Data Lead (ODL) to take full accountability for the management, integration, governance, and quality assurance of offer data across Schneider Electric’s digital ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the master of data for innovation squads, ensuring data excellence, seamless interoperability, and consistent execution across global platforms. You will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Product Owners, Offer Design Experts, and E2E Process & Data Architects—to enable high‑quality offer publication, digital tool efficiency, and best‑in‑class customer experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted adviser on offer data structuration and standardization across the innovation squads.
  • Partner closely with Offer Design Experts and Product Owners to build standard, scalable offers aligned with data best practices and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of referential data (ORH, O2/Long Tail) while ensuring consistent alignment with digital tool requirements
  • Ensure offer data adheres to standardization strategies and enhances the value, usability, and interoperability of digital tools
  • Manage country Commercial Reference (CR) creation and authorization requests by gathering inputs, preparing recommendations for PO/ODE decisions, and communicating approvals.
  • Champion PIM as the single source of truth for service offer data.
Data Creation & Integration
  • Create and maintain Commercial References (CRs) in PIM according to governance and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with the E2E Process & Data Architect to ensure CRs are executable, scalable, and consistent across the entire offer ecosystem
  • Support propagation of offer data across configurators, selectors, ERP, CPQ, and publication to customer‑facing channels.
  • Work with Pricing Experts to synchronize pricing model creation with master data.
  • Coordinate test data creation and readiness for upcoming releases, contributing to successful UAT.
Governance, Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all CRs meet NDNL, ODA, TTE, and Hero Offer requirements.
  • Lead portfolio‑wide data cleanup and standardization initiatives, including removal of irrelevant offers and advancement of the PWP process with PO/Offer Design.
  • Partner with Data Chapter and the E&I Hub to drive process standardization and improve data quality practices.
Marketing, Environmental & Localization Linkages
  • Link marketing information, marcom assets, and Statements of Work (SOW) to CRs using PIM and DAM.
  • Collaborate with Eco Referents and the Green Premium team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of environmental data
  • Coordinate ERP data setup handoffs to local deployment teams.
Qualifications and Skills

:

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate offer requirements into actionable data requirements
  • Strong collaboration and the ability to lead by influence across global, cross‑functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools such as PIM, EDMS/DAM, CPQ, ERP, BFS
    .
  • Experience in offer lifecycle management or product data management.
Preferred
  • Strong understanding of SAP data flows (material master, sales views, BOM/config structures, etc.)
  • Proven experience in data governance, integration, and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure Dev Ops.
