We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven B2B E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize our online sales ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience — and knows how to translate digital strategy into measurable revenue growth.
You’ll be responsible for managing and improving our e-commerce funnel, from acquisition and conversion to retention and upsell. If you have experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms, building customer journeys that convert, and driving growth through insight-based experimentation, we’d love to meet you.
A Day In The Life:- Leads the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our B2B e-commerce experience, ensuring a seamless, high-converting customer journey.
- Manages and enhances the online purchasing process for subscriptions, upgrades, and renewals, including pricing models, checkout flows, and payment integrations.
- Collaborates with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align digital campaigns with business goals and pipeline priorities.
- Leverages analytics and A/B testing to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Owns the performance of key e-commerce KPIs: traffic, conversion, churn, and revenue per user.
- Oversees integration of CRM, marketing automation, internal proprietary platform, with e-commerce tools:
Adobe (Magento & Marketo), Salesforce. - Partners with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and billing workflows.
- Stays ahead of industry trends, SaaS pricing strategies, and buyer behavior to inform future initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- High level of positivity and energy to work in a quick-moving and fast changing team focused environment
- Proven success driving measurable growth for a B2B SaaS or subscription-based product.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Magento, Marketo, GA4, Looker, SEMRush, etc.).
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, you can speak both marketing and technical languages.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for conversion optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B e-commerce, growth marketing, or digital sales management.
