Job Description
Position Summary
This role is NOT focused on tech-based helpdesk tickets. Our team is not responsible for hardware or connectivity issues or general desktop support. This role is more closely aligned to a system administrator role and all prior experience should be based on system administration of an application or program. Candidates with only hardware-based help-desk experience will not be considered. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving system issues, processing change requests efficiently, and implementing solutions as directed.
Technical Knowledge & SkillsManaged end-to-end IT support workflows using Zendesk, LARS, and Service Now, ensuring 100% response within one business day and ticket closure within three business days.
Executed system administration tasks including user provisioning, permissions, workflow updates, and configuration changes while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
Maintained accurate logs, change tracking, and documentation in SharePoint and Service Now to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
Collaborated with application coordinators and stakeholders to gather requirements, define timelines, and deliver configuration updates with weekly progress reporting.
Coordinated testing, validation, and requester sign-off to ensure quality control and successful system modifications.
Documented all LARS system changes in centralized change logs and ensured supporting materials were stored and updated consistently.
