Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies across SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant, high-impact opportunities.
  • Build and manage campaigns, ad groups, ad copy, and bid strategies across search engines.
  • Manage SEM budgets effectively allocating spend, optimizing pacing, and ensuring cost-efficiency and ROAS.
  • Implement conversion tracking and interpret performance signals to guide campaign decisions.
  • Analyze optimization scores to understand impact on performance and cost.
  • Establish client-specific benchmarks to measure performance and inform optimization decisions.
  • Identify opportunities within the market and competitive landscape; develop strategies to capitalize and drive growth.
  • Explore and recommend innovative AI applications to improve search forecasting, creative testing, and optimization workflows.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm updates, and paid search best practices, and proactively share insights with internal teams.
  • Measure and report on performance of all SEM campaigns, assessing results against established KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and performance summaries directly to clients.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on campaign progress and strategic shifts.
  • Work collaboratively with Integrated Digital Media teams—including Social and Programmatic—to understand how tactics support one another in holistic campaigns.
  • Partner with account teams to align paid search strategy with broader marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate
  • Expertise in paid search platforms (SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads) and SEM best practices.
  • Has hands-on experience using AI within the paid search process.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Results-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding client KPIs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment; proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Enjoys cross-team collaboration and fosters a positive working environment.
  • Healthcare experience or a strong passion for the healthcare industry is preferred.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of paid search experience in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply search marketing to both brand-building and direct response initiatives.
  • Strong command of keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEM reporting resources.
  • Experience managing budgets, implementing bid strategies, and optimizing for ROI.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
