Product Manager, End User, Platform Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Product Manager to oversee our virtual and physical desktop product family. This role is pivotal in driving exceptional end‑user experiences, fostering cloud adoption, ensuring security by design, and optimizing costs within our large global organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.

You’ll be working in the Platform Engineering team in Hyderabad focusing on End User Platform Engineering within End User Services. Your team are responsible for Engineering and deployment of desktop workspace platforms globally. Your team will run an agile operating model, fulfilling client needs and encompassing multiple autonomous pods.

Develop and Deliver Product Strategy and Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for virtual and physical desktop platforms.
• Ensure the product roadmap reflects end user needs, market trends, and technological advancements.

Agile Product Development

• Lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, promoting continuous improvement.

Drive End-User Experience

• Advocate for the end-user by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the product development process.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Monitor and analyze user metrics to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Develop and execute a strong customer engagement model

Drive Cloud Adoption

• Promote and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability, flexibility, and performance.
• Work closely with cloud service providers to optimize the integration and deployment of cloud technologies.
• Deliver efficiency through effective cloud consumption.

Ensure Security is by Design

• Ensure security is integral to the product design and development process.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities through innovative product development and deployment.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations to protect user data and privacy.

Drive Cost Optimization

• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising product quality or user experience.
• Analyze and manage product costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure budget adherence and cost-effective solutions.

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 a year
