Responsibilities- Vendor Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and outsourced inbound/outbound mail vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance with service‑level agreements. - Client‑Facing Role:
Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues related to document management processes. - Process Improvement:
Drive efficiency and cost‑saving projects within document management workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with various BPS business areas to align document management strategies with broader organizational goals. - Travel Requirements:
Travel within the U.S. to client sites and vendor locations as needed to support project implementation and relationship management.
- Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience.
- Support the identification of process optimization opportunities.
- Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist with project communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
- Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation and project planning.
- Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in business process services.
- Experience in business process analysis and recommendations.
- Proficiencies in process analysis and data‑driven decision‑making.
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN, Certified Scrum Master) a plus.
