Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities
  • Process AI use cases through intake, review, assessment, socialization, and closure.
  • Maintain inventories of AI systems, models, datasets, and third-party AI tools with risk tiers and approval statuses.
  • Highlight risks associated with use cases, inform business owners, and support risk mitigation.
  • Lead AI risk assessments covering purpose, model risk, bias, transparency, accuracy, and human oversight.
  • Run the AI intake process including triage, scoping, and routing with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, IT, and Business stakeholders.
  • Develop governance templates and artifacts such as risk profiles, decision logs, RACI, playbooks, and assessment checklists.
  • Produce dashboards and executive reports for leadership, audit, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Facilitate periodic reviews and recertification of AI systems and coordinate post-deployment monitoring and incident response workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align governance requirements with delivery milestones.
  • Provide training and guidance on responsible AI practices, policy updates, and process changes.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
  • Working knowledge of AI and ML concepts including data pipelines, model lifecycle, performance monitoring, bias, and explainability.
  • Experience operationalizing governance processes such as intake, control testing, evidence collection, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI model governance artifacts including model cards, datasheets, and risk registers (preferred).
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices such as human oversight, safety, and transparency, and exposure to MLOps (preferred).
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms that support governance workflows such as Service Now, SharePoint, Power Automate/Power Apps, and Confluence/Jira, and to data catalog/lineage and assessment tools (preferred).
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
