Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Nashville, TN
. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Windows and MacOS platforms to drive product strategy and oversee agile execution for global desktop environments.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Define and execute product strategy and vision for global desktop platforms (Windows physical/virtual, laptops, macOS), aligned to business objectives and end‑user needs.
• Lead agile product delivery across cross‑functional pods: prioritize and manage the backlog, run sprint ceremonies, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality releases.
• Drive end‑user experience through user research, feedback loops, usability testing, and collaboration with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, consistent interfaces.
• Own platform roadmap for remote access, global printing, and Microsoft Office—coordinate integrations and dependencies (e.g., Citrix/Microsoft Virtual Desktop, app deployment tools).
• Promote cloud adoption and security by design: partner with cloud/cyber teams to ensure scalable architectures, compliance, and secure configurations from inception.
• Optimize cost and operations: guide OS migration programs, standardize endpoint management, automate deployments, and measure outcomes via KPIs/OKRs, SLAs, and user satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Product Management within end‑user computing or desktop platform engineering.
• Strong expertise with Windows Desktop (physical/virtual), Windows laptop remote‑access technologies, global end‑user printing, Microsoft Office, and macOS desktop/laptop products.
• Proven ability to lead agile product development, define product vision/strategy, and deliver complex desktop platform solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
