Business Analyst

• Conduct thorough analysis of business systems and user needs to formulate effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and develop data‑driven insights.
• Create detailed documentation outlining user needs, program functions, and necessary steps for program development.
• Utilize SQL for core query work and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Quick Sight, or Power
  
  BI to present data visually.
• Engage in requirement mapping from data sets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and direct projects while providing mentorship to junior analysts.

• 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dashboarding tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and client‑server models.
• Background in project management or leading teams.
