Description
Sub Same Day is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience. Your focus will be owning and executing strategic, cross‑functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day Operations Integrations team. This role requires robust understanding of under‑the‑roof fulfillment operations including inventory flows, constrained fulfillment center assets (capacity and labor) and fulfillment technologies.
You will play a critical role in scoping large projects, communicating to senior leadership on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross‑functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
- Define a strategic framework for under‑the‑roof operations, including “working backwards” documents on products and features
- Think creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement
- Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment
- Manage cross‑functional project teams, plan and organize, and execute projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
- Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network
- Attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Master’s degree or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
