As a Customer Success Associate Consultant, you’ll enter our Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP) an immersive experience designed to build your product expertise, consulting skills, business acumen, and implementation methodology. Through robust training, hands‑on development, and shadowing experienced professionals, you’ll work across a variety of customers, industries, and teams, helping businesses transform how they operate so they can achieve their vision.

Who You Are:

• A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree preferred courses of study include Engineering, MIS, Accounting Info Systems, Technology Management, or Supply Chain and a passion for launching a consulting career.
• A critical thinker, analytical, and skilled at both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Creative, resilient, and ready to tackle complex problems with a can‑do attitude.
