This full-time position is 3 days in-office each week in our Nashville HQ + 2 Days WFH.

We’re looking for a sharp, execution‑obsessed Operations Manager to translate executive initiatives into clear roadmaps, align cross‑functional teams, and keep every initiative shipping on time and on budget. You’ll own the master dashboard in Notion/Asana, run daily/weekly stand‑ups and executive readouts, and proactively surface risks or process improvements as we continue to scale growth. • Drive cross‑functional execution: sync product, growth, ops, and creative teams so every deliverable ships on time and under budget.
• Run the cadence: lead weekly stand‑ups, retros, and exec readouts, translating raw progress data into clear, actionable updates.
• Own the master roadmap: turn high‑level OKRs into sprint‑level plans, track milestones, and surface blockers or scope changes to leadership early.
• Build simple, smart tooling: stand up and refine our Notion/Asana/Jira dashboards so KPIs, risks, and next steps are always one click away.
• Continuously level‑up our process: spot inefficiencies, automate the grunt work, and champion a culture of agile experimentation and learning.

• 3-5+ years of early stage startup experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription based tech business.
• An interest in music tech is a plus.
