The IT Intern will install hardware & software in the Bandit Facilities. Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair computers, security camera systems, printers, access control & network issues. Learn proper techniques for network installation & troubleshooting. Help document IT procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for an IT Internship include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

• Understands, abides by, and instills the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Bandit Lites.
• Troubleshooting user issues
• Assisting with system updates
• Learning IT infrastructure (Cloud, Security, Gates, Wifi, Servers)
• Pull, terminate and test new network cables
• Install network cameras
• Troubleshoot / install access control system components
• Documenting procedures
  
  Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Currently enrolled in a college/university with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
