Associate IT Specialist

Job Summary

Our team is looking for an Associate IT Specialist local to Nashville, TN. This hands‑on operational role focuses on mobile device lifecycle management, utilization auditing, and technology readiness across a growing healthcare enterprise.

• Perform usage audits
• Support technology readiness for expansions and newly acquired facilities
• Ensure devices, carriers, and configurations are in place ahead of go‑lives
• Provide white‑glove customer service to physicians, nurses, administrators, and hospital staff
• Build strong working relationships with end users
• Escalate break/fix and troubleshooting issues appropriately

• 1 year of experience in an IT role
• Strong exposure to Apple Devices
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong customer service and relationship building background
• Strong Excel skills
• Intune experience
• Cradlepoint devices
• Net Cloud
• Carrier management (understanding how devices connect and are billed)
