IT; Info Technology Intern

The IT Team at Concord supports a user base on the global scale. We respond to tickets from our user base related to desktop, server, and network support. We also support the teleconferencing in all the conference rooms within our offices. We are also involved in all IT projects and security governance for the organization. Any IT Intern candidate will be looking to expand upon their current skills related to an entry level IT Support or helpdesk position.

Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Spring Internship Program will run from Tuesday, June 2nd — Friday, August 14th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

This internship is a paid
in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with IT Support tickets and all current IT projects. The position will continue to develop any previous experience or technical school related to IT helpdesk and network support.
• Nashville corporate office staff, providing an IT support role alongside our Managed Services Provider.
• By providing instruction and knowledge growth in the different IT areas that our staff takes care of.
• Work tickets alongside the intern. Provide necessary access to servers or network devices to allow the intern to accomplish their work.
• A working laptop to access company’s IT platforms. Questionnaires to develop IT trajectory and establish good troubleshooting skills.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.87
