Information Technology Opportunity: IT Internship

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking undergraduate students completing their Associates degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program
. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units (Icon Mechanical, Eagle Controls, iENG Design, and iSuite) and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. This mentality aligns with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC.

We are currently looking for undergraduate students to join our team as an Information Technology Intern based out of our Nashville, TN office. Our ideal candidate for this role will be in their sophomore or junior year of college pursuing an Information Technology degree or a related field. This individual will be willing to take a “hands on” role, have a team player attitude, and be motivated to learn and gain a general understanding of how to maintain IMI’s current and future systems.

This role will provide remote and onsite technical computer, device, and network support to ensure IMI systems are running at peak performance.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Information Technology Intern include:
  • Learning the current systems that IMI uses and educating yourself on.
  • Assisting our support team in analyzing, identifying, and resolving workstation computer hardware, operating system, and application problems for end users.
  • Understanding how to respond, research, accurately troubleshoot and decipher problems by asking probing questions and utilizing the available resources.
  • Assisting in the purchase and set up of laptops, mobile devices, workstations, and related software for users.
  • Maintaining the software and hardware inventories.
  • Other related duties as assigned or needed by our I.T. Manager.
Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Information Technology Intern include:
  • Currently an Undergraduate student completing their Associate’s or higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Currently in their 2nd or 3rd semester of a 2-year program or a sophomore/junior in a 4-year program.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Possesses a strong personal commitment for long-term and meaningful goals.
  • Exposure to Microsoft operating systems and PC software, including Dell systems, is a plus!
  • Works well with others and maintains a positive, helpful attitude; taking ownership of the role and seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Demonstrates confidence in their knowledge and is committed to researching the answers and finding the right solutions for things they do not know.
Compensation and

Hours:
  • Compensation: $21.00/hour
  • Work hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) with a flexible start and end date
