IT; Info Technology Intern

The IT Team at Concord supports a global user base. We respond to tickets related to desktop, server, and network support, manage teleconferencing in all conference rooms, and lead IT projects and security governance for the organization. This internship offers an opportunity to expand your skills in entry‑level IT support or helpdesk functions and learn about the technology that powers a global music company.

Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. The Summer Internship Program runs from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

This internship is a paid in‑person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location.

• Assist with IT Support tickets and all current IT projects. The position will continue to develop any previous experience or technical school related to IT helpdesk and network support.
• Support Nashville corporate office staff, providing an IT support role alongside our Managed Services Provider.
• Receive instruction and knowledge growth in the different IT areas that our staff manages.
• Collaborate with department teammates on tickets, gaining access to servers or network devices as needed.
• Receive a working laptop to access the company’s IT platforms and questionnaires to develop IT trajectory and establish good troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work part‑time, 20 hours per week, during the internship period.
• Must be located in or near Nashville.
• Commitment to the internship timeline from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th

The hourly rate for this position is $17.87.
