DescriptionThe Strategic Technology Solutions division within the Department of Finance & Administration seeks to replace a Senior File Net/Knowledge Lake Lead Developer. This role is essential in daily operations of the Enterprise ECM team, providing services to over 23 state agencies. Candidates must have deep knowledge of the File Net/Knowledge Lake suite and its Java APIs. Experience with .NET development is a plus.
Responsibilities- Develop Java applications to interact with highly available P8 File Net and cloud Knowledge Lake environments.
- Oversee data migrations/ingestions from multiple sources into File Net P8 and Knowledge Lake.
- Deliver solutions by analyzing, designing, and building projects in File Net and Knowledge Lake environments.
- Automate business processes by building document classes, workflow maps, queues, and subscriptions.
- Perform demonstrations of File Net/Knowledge Lake components as needed.
- Troubleshoot File Net P8/Knowledge Lake issues and mentor other ECM staff.
- Participate in business analysis and project design activities.
- Design, development, troubleshooting, and implementation of large and complex IBM File Net and Knowledge Lake solutions.
- Develop Java applications to perform insert, retrieve, update, and delete operations in File Net P8 and Knowledge Lake.
- Develop File Net P8 and Knowledge Lake workflow maps and custom components.
- Experience with File Net P8 Content Platform Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Lake APIs or ability to learn.
- Experience with IBM Web Sphere Application Server and deployed applications.
- Administer and troubleshoot highly available and clustered P8 environments.
- Experience with scanning and indexing solutions such as IBM Data Cap, Kofax Auto Store, Knowledge Lake, and Capture Professional.
- Experience working with SSL certificates and certificate vaults.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot logs and traces to determine root cause.
- B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
- Windows Server 2019 or later
