Job Overview
We are looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Architect (ML SA) to serve as the subject matter expert for customers in the Americas, helping them design solutions that leverage AWS machine learning services. The role includes partnering with customers across multiple industry verticals to enable large‑scale use cases, drive adoption of AWS AI/ML platform, develop white papers, blogs, reference implementations, presentations, and provide customer‑driven product improvement feedback.
Key Responsibilities- Work with customers’ development and data science teams to deeply understand business and technical needs, and design solutions that use AWS cloud platform and AI/ML services including Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Quick, and Amazon Personalize.
- Partner with other solutions architects, sales, business development, and AI/ML service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment for Amazon Sage Maker and related services that support GenAI use cases.
- Provide thought leadership by evangelizing AWS ML services through blogs, white‑papers, reference architectures, and public‑speaking events at AWS conferences.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams to deliver customer‑driven product improvement feedback.
- Develop and support an internal community of GenAI subject‑matter experts across the Americas.
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
- Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
- 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or internet industries.
- Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
- Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders.
- Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
