Director of Technical Enterprise Systems

We are seeking a Director of Technical Enterprise Systems to lead enterprise technology strategy, IT operations, and infrastructure for a growing investment advisory firm. This leadership role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the firm’s technology strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and internal support functions
• Drive system optimization, integrations, and enterprise platforms
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity planning
• Manage technology vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships
• Build and develop a high-performing IT team

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in technology leadership or enterprise systems management
• Strong background in IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Experience leading enterprise applications, integrations, and vendors
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• Must be able to work on-site in Nashville, TN

Preferred Experience

• Financial services, wealth management, or RIA environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce/Practifi, Black Diamond, Microsoft 365, Wealthscape
• Experience supporting multi-location or hybrid environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, cybersecurity credentials)
