Data Senior Advisor -CMS Job Nashville area,Tennessee USA,IT/Tech

MUST HAVES:

A Minimum of 5 years' experience with Teradata (Vantage) or any RDBMS system/ ETL Tools and AWS platforms
8+ years of experience with FHIR, JSON files structures and API testing.
8+ years of experience in Healthcare is a must including experience with payer solutions in the healthcare industry (deep knowledge and understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards)

Duties:

Experience implementing Compliance requirements in Healthcare Strong understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards
Has the ability to engage business and data stakeholders to resolve questions or issues
Must have the ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paces environment
Under general direction, works on extremely complex issues/problems or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance.
Analyzes, designs and prepares application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them.
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user defined needs.
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system integrity.
Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.
Responsible for quality assurance review.
Collaborate with the business, compliance, and cross functional IT stakeholders to define a roadmap that clearly defines the priorities and business value
Perform data related investigations, track lineage and quality issues, reviews data layout and structures
Facilitate source business owner review sessions and plan/execute E2E, integration, and data quality validations
Provide support in Production issue/defect resolution

Skills:

8+ years of the following experience: data analysis, business
8+ technical requirements gathering, product owner, backlog management,
8+ process documentation, user facing, and excellent written and verbal
8+ communication skills
Minimum 5 years' experience with Teradata (Vantage) or any RDBMS system/ ETL Tools
Experience with FHIR, JSON files structures.
Proficiency in SQL, relational and non-relational databases, query optimization and data modelling.
Strong knowledge of Data Integration (e.g. Streaming, Batch, Error and Replay) and data analysis techniques.
Experience with AWS capabilities;
Glue, Dynamo

DB, S3, Lambda, Redshift, elastic search.
Experience with API testing.
Experience with payer solutions in the healthcare industry Experience in Healthcare is a must.
