Overview
Required Skills:
System training, virtual training, in-person training, site support
- Deliver targeted training and hands-on instruction sessions designed to help users understand system processes.
- Partner with support personnel to build familiarity with recurring user concerns, issue resolution methods, and frontline/escalation support procedures.
- Help drive a successful rollout by equipping users and support staff with the knowledge and resources needed for long-term operational effectiveness.
- Understand the system's functionality and be able to teach users.
- Front-line support to staff using the new system.
- Preferred
Skills:
Prior experience with State Eligibility systems is preferred.
