Master Data Analyst – Finance

The Data Analyst is part of our agile scrum teams and is responsible for understanding the data required to support business solutions. You will be focused on transforming, enriching, and migrating data from legacy source systems to SAP S4 HANA.

• Working in an agile environment with business and technical team to identify data migration requirements and dependencies.
• Responsible for understanding and executing data mapping and data migrations with business and functional analysts.
• Work with data conversion and data load teams to drive end-to-end migration activities.
• Assist in the development of data quality and readiness checks and identify solution changes which could impact checks.
• Troubleshoot data extraction, conversion, and load errors.
• Validate accuracy of migrated data to expected outcomes.
• Work on developing data lifecycle processes.

• Master data management and governance experience.
• Finance process knowledge in back office.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with data, data tables and ETL processes.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working in an SAP environment.
• 5+ years working in the Schneider Electric Finance organization.
• Excellent at solving problems and working through complex analytics.
• Candidate is proactive, collaborative, and persistent.
• Organized, detail oriented and rigorous.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency.
