Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Manager Technical Product to lead the continued evolution of application development within the Application Services organization. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end technical delivery across planning, execution, testing, release readiness, and post-release stabilization while partnering closely with product, engineering, QA, architecture, project leadership, and business stakeholders. This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role for someone who can manage scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, team coordination, and release execution across a complex enterprise application environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical fluency, delivery discipline, and stakeholder management, with the ability to keep cross‑functional teams aligned and delivery moving forward.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery for application enhancements, releases, and major work streams from planning through production deployment and stabilization.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, architecture, project leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure work is defined, sequenced, tested, and delivered successfully.
  • Build and manage delivery plans, track milestones, identify dependencies, and drive execution against committed timelines.
  • Own technical delivery readiness across environments, testing, release activities, defect management, and post-launch support.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate backlog priorities into executable delivery plans with appropriate sequencing and dependency management.
  • Drive cross-team coordination for sprint execution, integration points, release preparation, and go‑live support.
  • Facilitate status reporting, delivery reviews, governance discussions, and stakeholder communications related to scope, progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, blockers, and competing priorities; elevate issues appropriately and drive resolution.
  • Coordinate UAT and release readiness activities in partnership with QA, business stakeholders, and support teams.
  • Support operational transition and production stabilization by ensuring teams are prepared for deployment, issue triage, and follow‑up actions.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and continuously improve execution processes across planning, testing, release management, and team coordination.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to align resources, timelines, and accountability across the DRW delivery model.
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery for DRW enhancements, releases, and major work streams from planning through production deployment and stabilization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in System Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in technical delivery management, program delivery, application delivery, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience leading delivery for enterprise applications across development, QA, UAT, release, and production support phases.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery practices, sprint execution, defect management, and release coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional dependencies, competing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience working closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand architecture, integrations, environments, and delivery implications without needing to be the primary coder.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive‑ready status reporting skills.
  • Strong organization and follow‑through, with the ability to drive action and accountability across multiple teams.
  • Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle or other healthcare operational applications.
  • Experience leading delivery in workflow-based or case‑management‑style application environments.
  • Experience with release management, production deployment coordination, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
