Account Manager - LATAM, DSS

Services LLC is hiring a DSP Shared Services (DSS) Account Manager to support application teams and Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) in the Americas. The role focuses on rapid problem resolution, onboarding, and facilitating scalable operations within the last‑mile network. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide introductory information and set up accounts for new DSPs, guiding them through onboarding and launch.
• Conduct DSP training in person and virtually across multiple product types.
• Support DSP intake processes and resolve simple to complex issues across a variety of topics.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicate with customers via various channels and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Update customer records in Salesforce and maintain accurate data documentation.
• Develop long‑term solutions using field experience and data‑driven assumptions to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

• 1+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
• Experience in relationship management within technology, start‑ups, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
• Fluent Spanish speaking, writing, and reading.
• Proficient with Excel and other productivity tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to assigned stations, conduct training, and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to become a subject‑matter expert across multiple domains.

The base salary range for this position is 47,500.00 – 83,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Learn more about our benefits at .
