Job DescriptionThe Junior Business Analyst (AI-Enabled) supports project teams with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication while operating with an AI-first mindset. Following an initial training program focused on requirements gathering and consultative skills, the role involves working with clients to develop, test, and maintain business applications.
Under the guidance of senior Business Analysts and Functional Leads, Junior BAs contribute across the project lifecycle. They translate business needs into clear requirements, support solution design, and leverage AI tools and reusable assets to improve productivity and quality. This role includes collaboration on client projects in the insurance industry, using platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Earnix, Salesforce, and Majesco in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
LocationThis is an entry-level cohort opportunity with openings in Nashville, Charlotte, NY/NJ, and Hartford.
Responsibilities- Support senior Business Analysts using AI-assisted research, summarization, and analysis
- Participate in workshops and meetings, leveraging AI for note capture and insight extraction
- Document discussions, decisions, and action items using AI for clarity and consistency
- Build relationships with project team members and client stakeholders
- Assist in eliciting, documenting, and organizing business and functional requirements using AI-enabled tools
- Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Support current- and future-state analysis using AI to identify patterns and risks
- Maintain requirements documentation and ensure traceability as changes occur
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and answer questions
- Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and reviewing results
- Validate delivered functionality against requirements
- Create and maintain documentation such as requirements, meeting notes, and process diagrams using AI to enhance speed and quality
- Prepare presentations, walkthroughs, and status updates
- Contribute reusable AI assets such as prompts and checklists
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, MIS, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Internship or early experience in business analysis, technology, or consulting preferred
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery concepts
- Interest in insurance, banking, or financial services domains
- Willingness to learn, adopt, and use AI tools responsibly
- Foundational requirements analysis capability
- Strong stakeholder communication skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $60,000‑$65,000
