Our client, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Custom Software Engineer to join their team. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be part of the IT support team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing critical integration systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support and development tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Harrison, Arkansas Pay Range: $45-50/hr on W2 What's the Job?
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for CLEO-based EDI and MFT integrations, including proactive monitoring and incident triage.
- Analyze and troubleshoot EDI transactions, file transfers, mappings, and partner connectivity issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Perform log analysis, reprocessing, restart jobs, and data validation to ensure successful and timely file exchanges.
- Coordinate with clients, internal development teams, and external partners to drive issue resolution and provide clear status updates.
- Support defect fixes, configuration changes, and deployment of enhancements in collaboration with other teams and release managers.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with EDI and MFT platforms, particularly Cleo or similar tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to EDI transactions, file transfers, and partner connectivity.
- Experience with log analysis, job reprocessing, and data validation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and provide status updates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
